A private connection.
Made understandable.

Your own VPN server. Your own public IP address. Here’s how RapidTunnel connects the pieces, and what that means for your privacy.

Follow your connection

Select a step to see what happens as your traffic travels. This is an illustration, not a live connection test.

Your device

The app connects your device to the dedicated server assigned to your account. Your device keeps its private VPN key.

A tunnel that belongs
to your account.

Many VPN services put unrelated customers behind the same server and IP address. RapidTunnel assigns a dedicated server to your account while your tunnel is active.

This avoids sharing an exit address with unrelated customers at the same time. It does not guarantee that every website will accept that address, or make your browsing anonymous.

You choose from available locations. The platform checks access, inventory, and server health before making a tunnel available. Replacement tunnels depend on availability and service limits, and may have a different IP address.

From account to connection

  1. Create your account

Save your 12-word recovery phrase somewhere private. You don’t need an email address or social login to create an account.

  2. Choose available access

Choose a location and purchase or redeem service. Verified access allows the platform to assign an eligible tunnel.

  3. Connect and manage

Connect through the app. Manage your devices within your plan limits, or replace your tunnel when eligible.

Privacy, without the guesswork.

What does the VPN protect?

The encrypted connection protects traffic between your device and your assigned VPN server. Websites generally see the server’s public IP rather than your local connection’s IP. Protection after the server depends on the destination connection, such as a secure website.

Does a dedicated IP make me anonymous?

No. Websites can recognize signed-in accounts, cookies, and browser characteristics. A dedicated address can also link visits made through that address. A VPN does not remove those identifiers.

What happens if I lose my recovery phrase?

Your recovery phrase proves account ownership. Anyone with it can restore the account. If you lose both the phrase and account access, RapidTunnel cannot recover the phrase for you. Your two-word account name is a recognizable label, not a credential.

What information is needed to operate the service?

Account, device, purchase, and infrastructure records are needed to manage service. The platform is designed to minimize personal information and avoid identifiable activity logs on tunnels. Payment providers may have their own information requirements. Read the privacy policy for current collection and retention details.

What if my VPN disconnects?

Protection depends on your device and app settings when the VPN is disconnected. Check your connection before relying on it. A VPN also cannot protect a compromised device, unsafe downloads, or stolen account credentials.
